Details : I had a bunch of Wu acapellas.. And I wanted to do something different and as the Shaolin fan I am, I had to include sound clips from the classics.. And I had the mission to bring the original Chinese instruments in as samples..

Special tracks : The Drunken Monk - I love the vibe in ODB's joint - I had the drums from some uptempo house joint and brought the feel from Old Dirty into the drunken vibe of the track..

Cover art : I wanted to recreate the mood from their debut, so I had to bring it back..

Ludacris/Isaac Hayes : Soulman Therapy

Details : Like BillPrint, I wanted to match a great musician with a great rapper, and Ludacris had a flavour that could easily match Isaac's music. I had music for days, but wanted to bring Ludacris out and match the essence in each number..

Special tracks : Grew up a screw up [Walk on by] I love the sample and I love how the vocals works on it...

Cover art : I mixed a live photo of Luda and a live photo of Isaac and it worked perfectly..

The BillPrint

Details : I've wanted to do some more Jay for a while, and Bill Withers is an old time favorite of mine.. I did two joints of the project and had a feeling of entrapment.. Jay had all the attention and Bill got lost, so I had to go and change the deal, so they both had room and time..
Furthermore I had to keep the vibe in Bill's spirit, so it brought something different to the game..

Special tracks : Never Change ( Better Days ) That joint just explains the teamwork in the two....

Cover art :
I wanted to continue the style from the blueprint, and I must admit that the two just fitted into the picture, I got Jay from google and old pictures of Bill..

Remix1Masse Vol. 1

Details : I had been visiting KevinNottingham.com a few times, looking at American Gangster remixes, but I kept coming back to it, wanting to be a part of remix contest, and they had just started one on site.. I threw my version of Rakim in the ring and got some nice feedback.. So I came back and got hooked on the site - I had a bunch of remixes lying around and I got them together in this compilation.. Some old ones, and some fresh from the lab..

I got some nice responses , and I was pretty happy with Cage's Scenester, who had a nice rusty trailerpark sound to it, Common's I Used to love HER was hard to do, considering the classic original Biggie's was a tryout but a nice one and Third World with GZA/RZA was a thrill to do, using the vibe of the genius and the sound of a sonate to match RZA..

Los Fanaticos - The Album

Details : I joined Facebook, and I got into the application Dope Wars in a Cartel called Los Fanaticos, and I had to make a theme song and it got to more songs, and before I knew it, it got turned into an album..

Mad Matador - Once again I had a danish sample working - This time from a famous danish series and originally played by Bengt Fabricious Bjerre..

Cover art :
The guns are the cartel design as well as the letters... The colors fitted the name and our cartel mottos very well...

American Remix

Details : Hiphop DX had a contest remixing American Gangster and I had to be a part of that... I got nowhere in the contest, but I got a taste for remixing - I didn't like the album to much, but I really like the remixes.. I actually stumbled upon KevinNottingham.com looking for remixes..

Special tracks :
Believe it or not, I've sampled a danish christmas song for 'American Dreamin' and no one noticed it.. I threw Raekwon in the chorus in a last second tryout and it worked perfectly... And Blue Magic rmx had me giving Pharrell some competition and I made the most awesome joint with a salute to drum machines and if Skateboard P wanna discuss producing, Im on the mobile...

Goodfellas and a bronx tale came to mind, but Once upon a time in America got me going..
